CentralCommand is the culmination of Sabre’s and Unit4’s development expertise and the integration of the travel applications into the Business World On! platform. Tools have been developed that allow agencies to manage the information received from any GDS. 

Travel applications are available and accessible to each user based on individual authorizations set by the administrator. These applications allow users to perform common tasks at the agency including: transaction entry and inquiry, ARC/BSP/IAR reconciliation and reporting, credit card reconciliation, commission posting and reconciliation, GDS interfacing, validation of data, UDID parsing, financial processing to the general ledger, and reporting. 


CentralCommand has all the features you would expect from an innovative, fully integrated financials application including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, comprehensive budgeting, fixed asset and cash management features.

Business Analysis and Reporting

CentralCommand is supported by a robust underlying data structure, and integrated business information delivery tools enable users to access and understand this data quickly, easily and effectively.

Key areas of functionality include a flexible structure to view changes happening in your business, unsurpassed breadth and depth of information access, a comprehensive analysis tool, and simple data extraction tools.

CentralCommand supports reporting and analysis across multiple companies, countries and currencies.

Unique Structure of CentralCommand

CentralCommand’s database is attribute-based. An attribute is any aspect of your data or organization that is required to be analyzed, reported on or monitored. Common attributes include cost centers, divisions, projects, companies, customers or products. An unlimited number of attributes are definable and new ones can be created at any time during the life of the system. Attributes are then linked together into groups and hierarchies for integrated analysis and reporting.

When it comes to changing CentralCommand, modification of the system's underlying structure will immediately be reflected in the analysis, reporting and inquiry facilities, thus eliminating time and resources spent on adapting multiple tools.

Implementation is offered through Unit4 or by a third party provider with expertise in the travel industry.


Training is held at the agency’s location during the implementation phase.


Support is provided by the CentralCommand support desk, managed by Unit4.

Database Requirements: Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or 2014 (x64) or Oracle 11.2 or Oracle 12 (x64)
