Qualified Vendors Program Details


As an Approved Vendor, you will realize the following:


You’ll receive our official "stamp of approval," which will increase your visibility and boost customer confidence in your products.


You will gain new sales prospects all over the world.  Through the Qualified Vendors program, Sabre Travel Network® will highlight your product on its Web site.


Sabre Travel Network will inform you of new product information and strategic direction. This will help you update your products to fit the changing needs of the customer and the industry. A good avenue for pursuing this knowledge about Sabre Travel Network is to participate in our many conferences throughout the year.


To be eligible, your company must offer travel-specific products and services that complement the Sabre® global distribution system, or Sabre Travel Network products or tools. You must adhere to the standards of excellence expected by Sabre Travel Network customers and substantiate the following:

In some instances, Sabre Travel Network may require proof of financial solvency prior to acceptance in the program and/or to remain eligible for the program on an ongoing basis. Vendor's acceptance into this Program is at the sole discretion of Sabre Travel Network.


To continue your participation in the program, your products must consistently prove to be high in quality and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will also be required to keep your page, product offerings and contact information up-to-date and you should plan to spend a minimum of $5,000 USD per year on industry activities geared toward selling and promoting your products and services to Sabre Travel Network agencies and/or sales team.  You will receive invitations to Sabre Travel Network conferences and other sales activities that will help you achieve your sales/promotion goals and help fulfill the requirement.


The Sabre Travel Network Customer Testimonials Recommendation Forms will be used for evaluating your entry as well as continuation in the program. In addition, new products released by your company may be subject to the same evaluation and quality standards.


At the discretion of Sabre Travel Network, Vendor's products may be subject to testing in our certification lab. The cost of testing and any applicable training will be the responsibility of the vendor as outlined on Schedule A of the Terms and Conditions. Prior to testing, Schedule A will be presented to vendor for signature and payment.

Request a minimum of four Customer Testimonials from your customers who use the Sabre system. Each Customer Testimonial form must be submitted by your Sabre Travel Network customer via our online process or e-mail to curtis.speak@sabre-holdings.com.

Step 3
