DESCRIPTION

Sabre® Compensation Manager is an automated compensation administration tool that helps airlines manage compensation policies and ensure compliance on a per-ticket basis. Available exclusively through the Sabre® global distribution system, Compensation Manager provides a simplified process for identifying and applying correct compensation amounts on every ticket issued.

Key Benefits

  • Provides you with complete control over compensations on a per-ticket basis
  • Reduces or eliminates debit and credit memos
  • Ensures correct compensation is applied at time of ticketing
  • Reduces the number of compensation-related calls to your help desk
  • Requires no new hardware or software

Features

The Compensation Manager tool features a simple users’ format. Here’s a brief overview of how the step-by-step process works:

  • You develop compensation policies and rules and enter them into the Compensation Manager database. Via unique and secure URL addresses, you can quickly and easily update compensation data and amounts in the UNIX database.
  • Sabre Connected agents process air tickets using standard Sabre system ticketing formats.
  • Compensation Manager evaluates the ticket information and applies the correct compensation amount. The tool enables immediate implementation of your compensation decisions.
  • A message is sent to the ticketing agent’s screen advising the compensation amount that has been applied to all issued tickets.

Compensation Manager can be accessed via unique and secure URL address from anywhere in the world.
