Sabre Claim It
DESCRIPTION
The Sabre® Claim It feature enables Sabre ConnectedSM travel agents to take ownership or “claim” bookings or Passenger Number Records (PNRs) that are created within your airline’s system.

Features
By using the Claim It tool, airlines can transfer management of the PNRs created by airline reservations agents to Sabre Connected travel consultants. Travel consultants can "claim" individual reservations automatically through the Sabre® global distribution system, eliminating the need to call an airline reservations agent to receive the same information verbally.
Claim It functionality:
- Provides an exact copy of the airline PNR to the agency
- Secures the PNR to an agency’s pseudo city code (PCC)
- Transfers all PNR management capabilities to the agency, including schedule change processing
- Allows the airline to specify which PNRs may be claimed
- Provides an AutoClaim enhancement to automatically prompt agents to use the Claim It feature when they begin to enter a passive segment

To participate in Claim It, carriers must:
- Be a Sabre® Direct Access connectivity participant
- Sign the Total Access Optional Services Addendum
