The Sabre® Traveler Security and Data Suite enables authorized Sabre ConnectedSM agency personnel access to quickly search your client's traveler reservation data, 24 hours a day / 7 days a week. By allowing authorized personnel to proactively find travelers' itineraries to reduce the impact of travel disruptions, your agency can affordably provide enhanced security and expertly manage your corporate customers. Sabre® is the only GDS to offer similar capabilities, providing you the peace-of-mind to know where your travelers are and where they are going at any time.

Features
Traveler Security and Data Suite provides authorized agency personnel with easy access to your traveler’s information. Once you log in, you can drill down from a world map to find the number of travelers in a specific locale and get detailed contact and reservation information. Or, use the search feature by entering flexible criteria to quickly target the specific information you need when time is most critical.
In addition, Traveler Security and Data Suite offers:
Summary or detailed view of report results
View only the information you need when requesting reports. The summary view provides a quick one line view of the traveler’s contact information and trip, while the detailed view also includes the full details of the traveler’s air, car, and hotel reservations.

Scheduled Reports with detailed historical data for Sabre reservations
Air, car, and hotel booking data is available for up to 331 days of pre-trip and three years of post-trip, including both ticketed and un-ticketed reservations. Reports can be scheduled to run daily, weekly, or monthly to meet many operational or business data needs.
Threshold Alerts
Receive alerts via email when the number of travelers or executives booked on the same flight exceeds the corporation’s maximum number allowed.
Export data capabilities to Excel or PDF report

Hardware Requirements
Traveler Security and Data Suite will run on any minimal hardware that will support internet browsing, but we suggest the following for best performance:
- Processor: Pentium III (or higher)
- RAM: 256MB per workstation
Software Requirements
- Access to Sabre Agency eServices required
- Adobe Acrobat Reader required for printing reports
- Microsoft Excel required to download detailed data
