Access, monitor and track reservations you’ve made in the Sabre® global distribution system. Then, generate helpful air, car rental and hotel reports, based on specific criteria. Features

Having comprehensive, up-to-date and accurate travel information on hand is necessary for negotiating the best rates, commissions and contracts with suppliers. Sabre Negotiator puts you in the “driver’s seat” by providing an easy method for analyzing customer and supplier information. With that information, you generate helpful reports about your current and future air, car rental and hotel reservations.

Air reports provide detailed information about all airlines booked by your agency and its branches, including:

  • A percentage breakdown of bookings by airline
  • Sabre system and airline record locator, flight number, booking class, departure date and city of origin
  • Destination city, time, passenger name, passenger type and booking sales agent sine
  • A comparison of all airlines booked in specific city pairs

Car rental and hotel reports can be sorted by city or sales agent, and show room and car rental rates booked.

For added convenience, Sabre Negotiator offers a quick-search report feature. And you can export data to and print reports from Microsoft® Excel.

Sabre Negotiator is available on CD, which can be ordered from your Sabre Travel Network account executive. Your account executive will also install the accompanying software.
