Access
CentralCommand may be configured as a client-server system installed at an agency location, with remote access via Citrix connection. In addition, agencies which fit the ASP model may access their database housed in a secured data center, via a DSL internet connection.

Product Overview
training and support
Training for stand-alone locations will be held at the agency’s location during the implementation phase. ASP training will be conducted via online courses, which will be held during implementation phase.
Support is provided by the Agresso Travel support team trained on CentralCommand applications. Sabre Travel Network will serve as second level expert support to Agresso.
