Billing

By signing below, Customer agrees to be responsible for a $45 monthly usage charge and any Support Services charges at Sabre’s then current rate to be invoiced to the above.

Agreement must be amended using an electronic form, including but not limited to, using “Click-On” technology and/or Electronic Signature technology.

For purposes of this Amendment, a “Click-On” amendment shall mean an agreement that Sabre posts electronically for review and consent by the Customer and which Customer either accepts or rejects by “clicking on” the appropriate button. “Electronic Signature” shall mean the secure, digital code attached to an electronically transmitted message the uniquely identifies and authenticates the Customer.
