The Red Workspace will allow agents to utilize traditional GDS formats in a Classic View, or utilize a highly intuitive workflow in an all new Graphical View. Plus it's multi GDS capable - enabling simplified operations with standardized workflow across your locations.
The Red Workspace also delivers a continually growing list of new capabilities and graphical workflow modules via easy-to-use Sabre Red Apps. Examples of Red Apps coming soon from Sabre include fully graphical view (including graphical profile, graphical air shopping, booking and exchanges, graphical hotel), robust script library, a new administrative dashboard, business intelligence reports, and more.
But that's just the beginning. With the workspace platform's superior capability to integrate applications, customers can write their own Red Apps (or convert existing applications) using Sabre Qik Developer or standard development tools such as .Net, Java, Flex and Flash. And look for Red Apps coming from 100+ Sabre Authorized Developers. Red Apps seamlessly plug into the Red Workspace to create the industry's most customizable travel solution.

Note: Ports 443 & 80 are required for Sabre Red Workspace. Write permission is required to the "etc" directory (host and lmhost files) for the Sabre VPN.

Access and Availability
All current MySabre users will be upgraded to the new Sabre Red Workspace by the end of 2010. You will receive an email 30 days prior to your upgrade date detailing the simple process. New customers will receive installation information through eServices.
