Sabre® Rate Assured™ is a hotel booking program that ensures you are getting the best available rates in the Sabre® GDS whether they're published or negotiated. With two primary features - hotel rate certification and negotiated rate auditing - you can count on Sabre to meet your specific hotel procurement needs.
With our Rate Assured Hotel Certification program, there's no need to shop for hotels outside the Sabre system. You have access to the lowest publicly available rates through the Sabre® GDS. Identified by a "*" in the HOT availability display in Sabre, these certified hotels are providing their best publicly available unrestricted rates that they would also make available through direct and third-party internet sites.
Rate Assured Negotiated Rate Audit eliminates the need for time spent manually checking that your rates have been loaded. Rest easy knowing that Rate Assured identifies and automatically sends email notification to those properties whose negotiated rates are not properly loaded and therefore aren't viewable or bookable in the Sabre GDS. We even include a link to the actual HOD display in the notification email so you can demonstrate irrefutable evidence that the rate was inaccessible. Click here to watch a quick demo.

The Hotel Certification program requires no enrollment, additional training or usage fees.
With the Negotiated Rate Audit feature, agencies and corporations will pay just $7.50 per hotel. Each audit includes three rate checks. You select the dates that will be shopped.

Sabre is the only GDS to offer ongoing monitoring of up to 235 Web sites worldwide to ensure that the hotels participating in the Rate Assured program are providing the lowest publicly available rate in the Sabre system.
Negotiated Rate Audit
The Rate Assured Negotiated Rate Audit tool automatically audits three dates in the Sabre GDS. The user selects the dates to audit.

The dashboard display of the Negotiated Rate Audit tool provides you with easily accessible information including the ability to:
- Determine which properties are compliant and which are not in one glance
- Compare your negotiated rates with BAR (best available rate) to ensure you've negotiated the best possible rate
- Estimate losses from non-loaded rates
- Identify hotel properties where there is an opportunity to renegotiate
- Click for actual GDS data returns that provide irrefutable accuracy
One-click notification to offending hotel properties
The Negotiated Rate Audit tool will automatically send offending suppliers a notification email informing them that the negotiated rate was unavailable. The notification email includes a link to the actual HOD display, providing irrefutable evidence that the rate was inaccessible.

Easy upload of your hotel properties to the negotiated rate auditing tool
Easily upload all the properties in your hotel program directly into the application via Excel. Current Sabre Hotel RFP (formerly Bidstork RFP) customers can skip the upload process and go directly to the audit.
