Create an RFP
The agent or corporate travel manager can create, view and edit RFPs. The RFP creation process includes a cover letter to the hotelier and an NBTA compliant hotel questionnaire.
Select hotels to solicit
The agent or corporate travel manager can select hotels based on their travelers' destinations. The customer can narrow their search by submitting specific criteria, such as hotel rating, chain code, etc. Users can also opt to accept competitive bids - that is, they can choose to receive bids from hotels they have not selected.
Track, manage and send RFPs
The agent or corporate travel manager can send an RFP to the hotel properties or chains they have selected, review a hotel's response, input rate negotiations, view negotiation histories and send contracts.
