- Thin client configuration requires the following components, additional specifications dependent on individual implementation requirements: Network computer or Pentium 266, 256MB RAM (512MB RAM for optimal performance), server (sizing based on requirements), TCP/IP network connectivity, Open Systems Client 4.5 software.
