With Personal TrainerSM education software, new agents can begin training on “day one” so they can quickly become productive travel consultants. Experienced agents can expand their skills and increase their productivity.
Use it to assess Sabre® GDS user skills of potential new employees with the built-in practice exercises; this alone can help you to make better hiring decisions. Personal Trainer is a comprehensive, flexible tool that allows you to custom design your own training program.
It’s easy to install and use. You have the option of taking training lessons in the Sabre system or in Turbo Sabre®. You select the lessons you want to take, when you want to take them and the length of training time that works best for your busy schedule. With just a click of the mouse, you can repeat a lesson or take a new lesson that meets your immediate training need. Learn the basics or challenge yourself with the advanced lessons and practice exercises. And with a built-in reporting system, it automatically records your progress.

Certification Opportunities
Many agencies use certification tests to qualify job applicants and to measure agents’ mastery of new skills. A score of 80% or better on the Personal Trainer Basic Certification tests awards the agent with a Sabre system certification. Additional gold seals may be added to the certificate by scoring 80% or higher on the advanced certification tests.
Multiple Languages
When students enroll, they can also select French, Italian, German, Swedish, Spanish or Portuguese. This will determine the default language for each lesson. Among the units available in Spanish and Portuguese are air, car and hotel reservations, fares, pricing and ticketing.
