Access to the information is available to you at your fingertips 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use our online version via Sabre RedTM Workspace to take advantage of all the features including search results powered by Google and QuickAssist™ Chat and Quick Assist™ Callback features.

Format Finder is free to all Sabre ConnectedSM agencies.

Something for everyone
For new agents, the feature contains overview sections in the various Sabre system categories. It explains availability, cars, hotels, ticketing and other complicated processes. Agents are guided through the procedures with step-by-step instructions. Pop-up and drop-down displays quickly define a field, or a list of other possible entries to include within the format. The Format Finder help system also contains a link to a five-to-eight minute product demo for a mini-training session.
More experienced agents can bypass the detail and use Format Finder as a reference tool when they occasionally have questions. These agents can go straight to the formats they need without going any further into topic details.

The help system itself includes a User Guide and links to helpful Quick References. You can also view a Format Finder demo in Agency eServices – browse under the “Support” header and select the Format Finder option.
Technical Requirements
For the online version you will need to have Internet Explorer version 4.0 or higher loaded on your system. Additionally, for the Sabre for Windows version, Format FinderSabre for Windows version 4.4 or greater.
Access and Availability
For Sabre ConnectedSM agencies, there are several ways to launch the Format Finder help system:
- For Sabre Red Workspace users, launch Format Finder and execute a search in one-step from the Sabre system work area using the format Help/ and your search keywords or phrase.
- An online version is also available via the Agency eServices customer portal. Visit http://eservices.sabre.com, select "Support"and click on the "Format Finder Online" option.
- A downloadable Sabre® for Windows® reservations software version is available via the Agency eServices Web site. Simply go to http://eservices.sabre.com. Under the "Support" header select "Format Finder" and click on the "Format Finder for Desktop" link.
- For Sabre for Windows users, launch Format Finder by pressing press CTRL + Z
