Now travel agencies can design and control their own service fee rules for their traveling customers with the most robust rules engine on the market. Available today in North America and Germany, it can also be offered globally to agencies. By using Agency Fee Manager, the travel agent can capture service fee information in the Passenger Name Record and later use the information in their Bookkeeping/Back Office System or payment processes. When you incorporate Agency Fee Manager into your booking process, you are able to process and fulfill reservations with maximum efficiency.

The Agency Fee Manager GUI allows the travel agency administrator:

  • Managed Access – Ensure that all rules are secure from unauthorized changes by controlling who has access to the design GUI and who can view the rules.
  • Efficient Rule Creation - Eliminate unnecessary rework with the ability to easily copy and modify service fee rules. You can even create groups that can be used when building multiple rules.
  • Customization – Build rules with multiple target elements to customize service fee rules to match the traveling customer’s exact needs.
  • Tax Rate Specification – Specify the tax rate levied on service fees when applicable.
  • OTA compliant Web Services protocols – Compatible with both Windows and Non-Windows platforms, the application uses an accepted standard when programming.
  • Easy Access – Agency Fee Manager is available using the MySabre portal. Or, you can program your own application with standard XML formatted data payloads to communicate with Agency Fee Manager.
  • Savings – When used with Card Services, credit card transactions can be processed at the POS with lower costs than competitor’s offerings.
