Carnival’s Self-Service Only Transactions can be completed through Sabre Cruises

Carnival Cruise Lines recently changed several service transactions to “self-service only” as of March 1, 2010. With complete modify capabilities, these transactions can be handled through Sabre® Cruises by simply retrieving the booking with the cruise line confirmation number.

Modify through the ‘Special Services’ link on the Modify screen:

  • Option extension on FIT and Group bookings
    1. Retrieve booking in Sabre Cruises
    2. Select ‘Special Services’
    3. Select ‘Option Extension’ for all guests in the stateroom
  • Request booking confirmations (guest or travel agent version)
    1. Retrieve booking in Sabre Cruises
    2. Select ‘Special Services’
    3. Select which confirmation you’d like to receive for all guests in the stateroom

Modify through the ‘Dining’ link on the Modify screen

  • Change dining time
    1. Retrieve booking in Sabre Cruises
    2. Select ‘Dining’
    3. Select a new dining option from the drop down menu
    4. Click continue at the bottom of the screen
